These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the LikesFactory website, dashboard, API, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing an order, using the API, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are and what we sell
1.1 LikesFactory provides an online panel for purchasing social media marketing and engagement services (for example followers, likes, views, comments, members, reactions, and similar promotional services), plus related tools such as order tracking, balance top-ups, tickets, and (where enabled) API and child-panel products.
1.2 We sell digital promotional services, not social-network accounts, passwords, verified badges, advertising credits issued by the platforms themselves, or ownership of any third-party platform.
1.3 LikesFactory is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, Telegram, Spotify, or any other third-party platform. Brand names are used only to describe service compatibility.
1.4 Service descriptions, prices, minimums/maximums, start times, speeds, average completion times, refill windows, and quality labels on the Service are provided for guidance only. Start time and delivery speed shown for a service are approximate estimates: actual start and completion may be faster or slower than displayed. Unless a description expressly states a hard guarantee, times and outcomes are not contractual deadlines and are not refund triggers by themselves.
2. Acceptance, eligibility, and accounts
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract.
2.2 If you use the Service for a business, agency, or client, you confirm you are authorized to do so and that your use still complies with these Terms.
2.3 You must provide accurate registration and contact information and keep it updated.
2.4 You are responsible for your password, API keys, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account without our written permission.
2.5 We may require identity, payment, or ownership verification before restoring access, releasing funds, or processing certain requests.
2.6 You represent and warrant that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person in, any country or territory subject to comprehensive embargoes or sanctions, and that you are not listed on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list (including, without limitation, lists maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)). We may refuse, suspend, or terminate the Service, and refuse or hold related payments, where we reasonably believe this representation is inaccurate or where providing the Service would violate applicable sanctions or export-control laws.
3. Your responsibilities and platform rules
3.1 You are solely responsible for how you use ordered services and for complying with applicable laws — including the laws of your country of residence and any country where you or the target content is located — and with the terms, community guidelines, and policies of each third-party platform you target.
3.2 Using promotional or engagement services may violate third-party platform rules. You accept the risk of restrictions, removals, shadowbans, or account actions by those platforms. LikesFactory is not liable for such platform actions.
3.3 You must not submit targets or content that are illegal or prohibited under applicable law (see Section 4). You are solely responsible if you use the Service in connection with unlawful, extremist, terrorist, sanctioned, or otherwise prohibited material. LikesFactory does not review every target in advance, does not endorse such use, and is not liable for your choice of target or for any investigation, fine, account action, or claim arising from prohibited content you submitted. We may cancel orders, refuse service, and suspend accounts if we become aware of prohibited use.
3.4 Before ordering you must check the service description, link/username, quantity, and target. Keep the target public (unless the service expressly supports private targets) and do not change, delete, or restrict the target while an order is pending or processing.
3.5 Do not place duplicate or overlapping orders on the same target while another order is active, unless the service description allows it.
3.6 We never require your social-media password. Provide only the public information the selected service needs (for example a public URL or username).
3.7 You must have the right to promote the account, page, channel, post, or content you submit.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use the Service to promote, amplify, fund, or otherwise support any unlawful or prohibited activity or content, including without limitation:
- terrorism, terrorist propaganda, violent extremism, or recruitment for terrorist or extremist activity;
- organizations, persons, or materials that are banned, sanctioned, or designated as terrorist/extremist under applicable international rules or under the laws of your country (or any other country whose laws apply to you or the target);
- any other content or activity that is illegal where you live, where the target is located, or under other laws that apply to you — including (without limitation) illegal weapons, illegal drugs, human trafficking, child sexual exploitation, fraud, scams, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or stolen goods;
- hate speech, violent threats, harassment campaigns, or content that incites imminent violence or serious crime;
- sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual exploitation material;
- impersonation of another person, brand, or public authority;
- stolen payment methods, stolen accounts, or false payment proofs;
- attacks, scraping, overloading, or bypassing security or pricing controls;
- API abuse (including key sharing in public code, excessive automated abuse, or malware);
- misrepresenting purchased engagement as organic where that would be deceptive under applicable advertising or consumer rules;
- orders for targets or content we reasonably refuse (including high-risk illegal or abusive categories).
We may refuse, cancel, suspend, or terminate accounts or orders that violate this section, with or without prior notice. Credits for prohibited-use orders, if any, follow the Refund Policy and may be refused.
5. Prices, currency, deposits, and payments
5.1 Prices are shown on the Service and may change at any time. Changes do not normally affect orders already accepted and paid from balance.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise, prices are in USD (or the currency shown at checkout or in your account).
5.3 The Service uses a prepaid wallet / balance model. You add funds through the payment methods we enable; funds are credited for buying eligible services. Once a deposit is successfully credited to your LikesFactory balance, it is not refundable to the original payment method (card, crypto wallet, bank transfer, or any other method). Deposited funds are for use inside the Service only. By making a deposit you expressly request that the deposit be credited to your balance and made available for immediate use, and you acknowledge that, once credited, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” right in respect of that deposit to the extent permitted by applicable law (see the Refund Policy).
5.4 Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers and payment systems. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Card and payment data are handled by those providers under their terms and applicable security standards (including PCI DSS where relevant).
5.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, LikesFactory is not responsible for failures, delays, declines, holds, freezes, chargebacks initiated by banks, network outages, conversion rates, or fees charged by payment gateways, banks, card networks, crypto networks, or other payment systems. Disputes about a payment provider’s own processing should be raised with that provider as well as with our support where relevant.
5.6 You are responsible for bank fees, conversion fees, network fees, and taxes that may apply to your payment.
5.7 You must not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after a successful deposit. Doing so may lead to suspension, termination, order stops, freezing or application of remaining panel balance toward dispute-related losses (clawed-back funds, provider fees, and delivered value), and other recovery steps. Contact support first so we can review the case under our Refund Policy.
5.8 Promotional credits or bonuses, if any, follow the rules stated when they are offered and may be non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
6. Orders, delivery, refill, and changes
6.1 An order starts according to the service’s estimated start behavior and supplier capacity. Displayed start time, speed, and completion estimates are approximate only and may be longer or shorter in practice. Delays or faster-than-expected delivery can occur due to upstream providers, platform updates, moderation, queue load, or technical issues. A difference from the estimate is not, by itself, a breach of these Terms or a ground for refund.
6.2 We may substitute an equivalent fulfillment path where reasonably needed to complete an order, without reducing the paid quantity we are obligated to deliver, unless we credit unused amounts under the Refund Policy.
6.3 Refill applies only when the service description includes a refill/guarantee window and you meet its conditions (including timely reporting). Services without refill are not refillable after drops. Refill means attempting to restore eligible dropped quantity — it is not a cash refund to a payment method.
6.4 Completed delivery, partial delivery after processing has begun, and customer-caused failures (wrong link, private account, deleted content, duplicates, prohibited targets, and similar) are handled under the Refund Policy.
6.5 Admin, API, and child-panel products (if offered) are subject to these Terms plus any product-specific terms shown at purchase.
7. Refunds and cancellations
7.1 Detailed rules are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If there is any conflict on refund mechanics, the Refund Policy controls.
7.2 Summary: (a) deposits credited to balance are not returned to the original payment method; (b) where an order is eligible for a credit under the Refund Policy, the credit is issued only to your LikesFactory balance, never to the original payment method; (c) completed orders are not refunded — including no credit back to balance for the delivered quantity; (d) processing time or a difference from estimated start/speed alone is not a refund reason; (e) quality/expectation complaints are not a refund reason unless the written service description expressly promised the missing attribute; (f) credit claims (other than refill within a stated refill window) must be opened within seven (7) days as stated in the Refund Policy.
8. API and resellers
8.1 API access (if enabled) is for your server-side use. Keep API keys secret. You are responsible for requests made with your key.
8.2 If you resell services, you are responsible for your own customers, support, pricing presentation, and compliance. Do not promise guarantees that LikesFactory does not provide.
8.3 Child panels or white-label products, if offered, remain subject to these Terms, any separate product terms, and applicable fees.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 The Service’s design, software, logos, text, and trademarks belong to LikesFactory or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, or reuse them except as needed to use the Service.
9.2 Feedback you send may be used by us to improve the Service without obligation to you.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
10.2 We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, permanently retained, or will produce sales, ranking, verification, reach, or any business result. We do not warrant that third-party payment gateways or payment systems will always be available or will process every attempt successfully.
10.3 We do not warrant that delivered accounts or engagement will interact with you, look identical, or remain on the target forever, except to the extent a specific refill term expressly applies.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
10.5 Force majeure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LikesFactory is not liable for any failure, delay, or degradation of the Service caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation): actions, decisions, outages, or technical changes of third-party social-media platforms (including API changes, rate limits, algorithm updates, moderation sweeps, or shutdowns); acts of governments, regulators, or courts; sanctions or embargoes; war, hostilities, terrorism, or civil unrest; natural disasters, fire, flood, or epidemics; strikes or labor disputes; failures of the internet, hosting, DNS, telecommunications, or power; failures, restrictions, or outages of payment networks, banks, or payment providers; and denial-of-service or other attacks by third parties. While such an event continues, our affected obligations are suspended to the extent they are affected; orders impacted by such an event are handled under the Refund Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, LikesFactory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, reputational harm, platform penalties, or losses arising from payment-provider or banking failures.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to LikesFactory for the specific order or, if not order-specific, the amounts paid in the thirty (30) days before the claim.
11.3 LikesFactory is not liable for your use of the Service in connection with prohibited or illegal content or targets (Section 4), including any third-party or governmental action against you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LikesFactory and its operators, contractors, and suppliers from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your illegal or prohibited use of the Service (including prohibited content under Section 4), or your violation of third-party rights or platform rules.
13. Suspension and termination
13.1 We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargebacks, prohibited use (including prohibited content), security risk, abuse, or material breach.
13.2 You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused panel balance is not withdrawn or refunded to the original payment method; it remains available for eligible orders subject to these Terms and the Refund Policy, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
13.3 If we terminate your account for fraud, chargebacks, prohibited use (including prohibited content under Section 4), abuse, or another material breach of these Terms, we may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, withhold any remaining panel balance and apply it toward losses, chargeback amounts and fees, delivered value, investigation costs, and other amounts arising from or related to the breach. Any remaining balance that we are not required by mandatory applicable law to return is forfeited on termination. Nothing in this clause limits our other rights and remedies.
13.4 If we decide to permanently discontinue the Service (other than a suspension or termination under these Terms), we will post a notice on the website at least thirty (30) days before the shutdown date, and may also notify registered users by email where practical. The notice period runs from the date stated in the posted notice. During that period you may continue to use your remaining balance for eligible orders. Balance remaining after the shutdown date is handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law; it is not paid out to a payment method except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
13.5 Sections that by nature should survive (including liability limits, indemnity, intellectual property, and prohibited use) survive termination.
14. Changes
14.1 We may update these Terms, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised version on the website with a new “Last updated” date. Posting on the website is sufficient notice. We are not obligated to send personal email or in-app notice for every change, though we may do so when practical for material updates.
14.2 Continued use of the Service after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
15. Disputes and applicable law
15.1 These Terms are governed by applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply, those rights are not affected.
15.2 Before formal proceedings, contact support@likesfactory.com (or open a ticket in your account) and try to resolve the dispute in good faith.
15.3 Payment methods are provided by third-party processors under their own terms. Using a payment method does not change these Terms between you and LikesFactory, does not make LikesFactory a bank or payment institution, and does not create a separate governing-law clause for each processor.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 These Terms, plus the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy (and any product-specific terms you accept), are the entire agreement for the Service.
16.2 If one clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
16.3 Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
16.4 You may not assign your account without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a reorganization or sale of the Service.
