This Privacy Policy explains how LikesFactory (“LikesFactory”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal information when you use https://likesfactory.com and related panel features (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
By creating an account, depositing funds, placing an order, contacting support, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who is responsible
1.1 The Service is operated under the LikesFactory brand at likesfactory.com. For privacy questions, contact support@likesfactory.com.
1.2 Depending on how a payment or hosting tool is set up, some providers act as independent controllers of payment data (for example card networks and payment gateways). Their privacy notices also apply to data they process.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account information you provide: username, email address, password (stored in hashed form), language/locale preferences, and other profile fields you choose to add.
2.2 Order and service information: service selected, quantities, prices charged to balance, order status, timestamps, and the public target details you submit (for example a public URL or username). We do not ask for social-media passwords.
2.3 Payment-related information: deposit amounts, currency, payment method type, transaction/reference IDs from payment providers, and balance history. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers. Card and similar payment data are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and security standards (including PCI DSS where relevant).
2.4 Support information: ticket contents, emails, and attachments you send to support (never send passwords, full card numbers, or API keys in clear text if avoidable).
2.5 API information: API keys and API request metadata associated with your account if API access is enabled.
2.6 Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP, pages or panel actions, referral URL, timestamps, and diagnostic logs needed for security and operations.
2.7 Cookies and similar technologies: session and authentication cookies required to keep you logged in and protect the Service; preference cookies where used. We do not sell personal information to advertisers, ad networks, data brokers, or marketing lists. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. If we later enable non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this Policy and, where required, request consent before using them for those purposes.
3. Why we use information (purposes)
- create and secure accounts; authenticate users; manage API access;
- process deposits to panel balance and fulfill orders under the Terms and Refund Policy;
- send transactional messages (security alerts, order/status notices, support replies);
- prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized access, and other Terms violations;
- improve reliability, performance, and customer support;
- comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims;
- where you opt in (or where allowed by law), send service announcements or limited marketing from LikesFactory — you can opt out of marketing emails.
4. Legal bases (where GDPR / similar laws apply)
Where required, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement, limited communications) balanced against your rights; consent (where we ask for it, for example certain cookies or marketing); and legal obligation (tax, accounting, or regulatory duties where applicable).
5. How we share information
5.1 We do not sell your personal information. “Sell” includes exchanging personal information for money or other valuable consideration for another party’s own marketing. We do not rent or trade user databases. Sharing described below is only to operate the Service, process payments, fulfill orders, secure the platform, or meet legal duties — not to monetize your data as a product.
5.2 Upstream fulfillment providers (suppliers): to complete an order we share only the minimum information required for fulfillment — typically the public target link or username and service parameters (for example quantity and service type). This is operational sharing to perform the contract you requested, not a sale of your account profile or mailing list. We do not share your LikesFactory password. We generally do not share your email or payment details with fulfillment providers unless a specific technical integration strictly requires a limited identifier for delivery, and then only that limited data.
5.3 Payment providers: receive what they need to process deposits, prevent fraud, and handle disputes/chargebacks. This is payment processing, not sale of your data for advertising. Their privacy policies govern card/crypto processing.
5.4 Infrastructure providers: hosting, email delivery, security tooling, and panel/software vendors that power the Service may process personal data on our behalf solely to run, secure, and maintain the Service (for example storing account records or sending transactional email). They are not authorized to use that data for their own advertising or to sell it.
5.5 Legal, safety, and disputes: we may disclose information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful process (for example a binding court order, warrant, or valid legal request from a competent authority), protect LikesFactory or users, investigate fraud/chargebacks, or enforce the Terms and Refund Policy.
5.6 Business transfers: if we reorganize, merge, or sell assets related to the Service, information may transfer as part of that transaction under continued confidentiality expectations and this Policy (or a successor notice). That transfer is not a retail “sale of a user list” for advertising; the successor must handle data consistent with this Policy or provide a new notice.
5.7 We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing, lead generation, or data-brokerage purposes.
6. International transfers
The Service is used worldwide. Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including where our hosts, payment providers, or fulfillment partners operate. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. We take steps appropriate to the tools we use (for example contractual terms with providers) where required.
7. Retention
7.1 We keep account, order, and deposit records while your account is active and for a further period as needed for disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations (often measured in years for transaction records).
7.2 Support tickets and security logs are kept as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, then deleted or anonymized where practicable.
7.3 If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal data we no longer need, except data we must retain (for example completed transaction history required for chargeback defense, tax, or fraud prevention), consistent with the Terms and Refund Policy.
8. Security
We use HTTPS/TLS for the website, hashed passwords, access controls, and provider-side protections where available. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You must keep your password and API keys confidential and use a unique strong password.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will assess it and, where required by applicable law, notify the relevant supervisory authority and/or affected users without undue delay. Our obligations under this paragraph apply only to incidents we have actually become aware of.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 We treat your account, order, payment-reference, and support information as confidential. We do not disclose it to third parties except as described in Section 5 (to operate the Service, process payments, fulfill orders, use infrastructure providers, meet legal duties, or handle disputes) or when you direct us to do so.
9.2 Staff and service providers who process data for us are expected to keep it confidential and use it only to provide the Service (or as required by law).
9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, LikesFactory is not responsible if a third party — including a fulfillment supplier, payment provider, host, email vendor, or other infrastructure provider — loses, misuses, discloses, or otherwise mishandles data after we shared it with them as allowed under Section 5, or if that party suffers a security incident on its own systems. Those parties process data under their own controls and (where applicable) their own privacy policies. We are also not responsible for disclosure caused by your sharing of credentials, phishing, malware on your devices, or public posting of order targets by you.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise rights, email support@likesfactory.com from the address on your account. We may verify identity before acting.
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. Automated panel functions (for example order status updates or automatic balance credits) are operational features, not decisions of that kind.
You may update some account details in the panel. You may close your account by contacting support; unused balance handling follows the Refund Policy (credits and deposits are not paid out to the original payment method).
Where a supervisory authority exists in your country (for example an EU/UK data-protection authority), you may lodge a complaint there. We encourage contacting us first.
11. Children
The Service is for users aged 18+ (or the age of majority). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor registered, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete the account data.
12. Marketing vs transactional messages
Transactional messages (security, deposits, orders, tickets) are part of the Service. Marketing emails from LikesFactory, if sent, include an unsubscribe option. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages while your account remains open. We do not sell your email to third-party advertisers.
13. Third-party sites
Links to third-party sites or payment checkout pages are governed by those parties’ policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
14. Changes
14.1 We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised version on the website with a new “Last updated” date. Posting on the website is sufficient notice. We are not obligated to send personal email or in-app notice for every change, though we may do so when practical for material updates.
14.2 Continued use of the Service after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
