Frequently asked questions
Everything about orders, safety, payments, refills, refunds and the reseller API — before you spend a cent.
LikesFactory is an SMM services panel where creators, businesses, agencies and resellers can order followers, views, likes, comments, members and other engagement from one dashboard.
Create an account, add funds, choose a service, read its description, paste the correct public link and enter a quantity within the stated limits. Start with a small test order before scaling.
We never need your social-media password—only the public link required by the selected service. No promotional service is completely risk-free, so use realistic quantities, gradual delivery and follow each platform's rules.
No. Changing the password signs the account out everywhere else: every other browser and phone still holding a session is dropped, and only the device you changed it on stays signed in. That is also how to end a session you no longer trust — change the password and the rest go with it. The panel keeps no separate list of active sessions, so this is the one control there is.
LikesFactory is an independent service and is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other platform. Laws and platform terms differ by country and use case; you are responsible for using services lawfully and complying with applicable terms.
The live catalogue includes services for major networks such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Facebook, X, Spotify, Twitch and others. Availability can change as services are tested, paused or improved.
Quality and source vary by service. Some tiers focus on appearance and volume, while premium or targeted tiers may provide stronger retention or audience attributes. Read the description carefully—purchased engagement does not guarantee future interaction.
Start time is the estimated delay before delivery begins; speed is the estimated delivery rate after that. Both depend on the service, quantity and current load, and are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines.
Open Orders in your dashboard. Pending means queued, In progress means delivery has started, Completed means the full quantity was delivered, Partial means only part was delivered and the undelivered share comes back to your balance, and Canceled means the order was stopped and the charge came back to your balance.
Non-drop describes higher-retention delivery, not a promise that nothing can ever drop. Drip-feed splits an order into smaller scheduled runs for more gradual delivery.
The provider delivered part of the requested quantity but could not complete the rest. When eligible, the cost of the undelivered portion is automatically returned to your panel balance.
Orders that have started usually cannot be canceled. Eligible failed, canceled or partial orders are credited according to the service terms and Refund Policy, normally to the panel balance. Completed delivery is not refundable.
The order may fail, go to the wrong destination or become non-refundable after processing starts. Keep the account or post public, use the original direct URL and verify it before submitting.
Wait for the first order to finish before placing another order for the same service and link unless the description explicitly allows overlap. Concurrent orders can confuse start counts and cause incomplete delivery.
Services can differ in source, retention, targeting, start time, delivery speed and maximum quantity. The cheapest option is not always the best value—choose the tier that matches your goal.
Only services explicitly labelled with a country, language or audience type include that targeting. Standard global services do not guarantee demographic or geographic attributes.
The Add funds page shows the currently available methods, fees, limits and minimum amount for your country and currency before you pay. Never send funds to an account or address that is not displayed inside the panel.
First allow the payment network its stated confirmation time. If the balance is still missing, open a billing ticket and include the amount, date, payment method and transaction ID—never include card details, passwords or private wallet keys.
Yes. Mass order lets experienced users submit multiple orders at once using the required service ID, link and quantity format. Check every line carefully because submitted orders may begin automatically.
Yes. The API supports service listing, order creation, status checks, refills and balance queries. Keep your API key private, restrict access where possible and review the API documentation before connecting production traffic.
Yes. You can launch a child panel — a fully white-label storefront under your own brand — or connect your existing site through the API. Details: child panels.
Open a ticket from your account and select the correct category. For an order issue, include the order ID and a clear description. For a payment issue, include the transaction ID—but never send passwords, API keys or full payment-card details.
No. These services can support visibility and social proof, but real reach, conversions and monetization depend on content, audience response and each platform's policies. Use them as one part of a broader marketing strategy.
